Cancellation Policy

I truly understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In a desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the below policies are honored.

24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to provide 24 hours advance, please please provide as much notice as possible.

Out of respect and consideration to your Esthetician, please don't be this person. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients whose appointments follow yours.  Depending upon how late you arrive, a determination will be made whether there is sufficient time remaining to fulfill your scheduled service.  If necessary, a shorter alternative treatment may be offered so that there is still a win-win for everyone.  Please plan accordingly and be on time.
